Served as site producer for intranet sites and collaborated with cross-departmental teams to develop project requirements and generate solutions.  Act as resident Dreamweaver expert.  Implemented Perl scripts, created images and page layouts for web-based projects, and maintained HTML pages for Intra and Internet sites.  Built Allaire Spectra display handlers, composed Allaire Cold Fusion pages and created Allaire Spectra objects for forthcoming dynamic aspect.com site.

  • Increased accessibility, improved usability and clarified pertinent financial information to AMD employees with the development and maintenance of Finance@AMD, an AMD Intranet site.

Rotational Training Program Analyst 1
(1997-1998)

Selected as one of six high potential individuals to participate in a newly created business systems program that rotated participants through key projects in IT groups. Program consisted of individual assignments, team projects and quarterly performance presentations. Individual assignments included authoring user and technical manuals, interviewing users to determine reporting needs, and constructing Perl scripts to interface with various database systems.

  • Eliminated transcription errors, saved help desk man-hours and simplified the work request process by populating a Remedy schema and returning work request numbers with the development of a Perl script and dynamically generated HTML forms.
